Warehouse Operative (Nights)

Imperial Personnel are currently looking for order pickers to join a national supermarket based in Goldthorpe, Rotherham.

This company has onsite parking, an on-site canteen and provide free tea, coffee and fruit whilst on shift.

This position is temporary to permanent, your first 12 weeks will be on the agency with a view of getting a permanent contract.

Pay

Pre 12 weeks

£12.50 standard rate.

£15.63 between 22:00 – 04:00am

Post 12 weeks

£13.84 standard rate

£17.30 between 22:00 – 04:00am after

Shift times / Working days.

5 out of 7 days – You must be able to work weekends – you will be provided a rota 4 weeks in advance.

8pm start – until finish ( there is not set finish time )

Duties

• This position will be picking stock using a headset – you will receive the instruction on what isle to go to and what items to pick.
• You will be using a LLOP (Low level order picker).
• You could be working in the ambient section which is room temperature or working in the fridge which is a chilled environment.
• Keeping the work areas tidy.
• Checking relevant paperwork.
• You will have KPI’s such as pick rate and accuracy targets.
• You must drive or live within a commutable walking or push biking distance.

Experience required.

No previous experience is required. If you are a hard-working individual with a can do attitude, then we can look to provide you full training.
