Salary: £12 per hour

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join our client, a specialist in high-rise unitised facades. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive team at their production facility in Carlton on Trent.

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in various aspects of the production process, ensuring that high-quality materials are produced for use in large-scale building projects. You will play a crucial role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in the production process
• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of materials for façade systems
• Follow detailed instructions to meet production targets
• Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable
• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Awareness of health and safety protocols in a production environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
