General Operative - Carlton on Trent

We’re working in partnership with our client in Carlton-on-Trent, Newark NG23 as an opportunity for General Operatives to join them has recently arisen. Our client is a leading manufacturer Precast Concrete in the construction industry and specialise in Lattice Planks.

The Role:

You will be manufacturing and assembling architectural facade components, including metal framing systems, glass panels, and composite materials.

Person Specification:

· Have experience in using hand/power tools and operating machinery.

· Previous factory experience is desirable.

· Ability to read, understand and follow verbal instructions.

· Knowledge on reading and following engineering drawings would be beneficial.

· Following guidelines on quality control systems and procedures.

Shifts:

Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm

Friday 6am – 2pm

45 mins unpaid break, 44.5 hours a week.

Pay:

· £12.50ph, rising to £13.50ph if taken permanent.
