Finishing Team Leader

Imperial Personnel have an exciting new role for a Finishing Team Leader to join our long standing and nationally recognised client in Somercotes on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a leading Concrete Precast Manufacturer.

The Role:

For this role you will provide effective supervision to the finishing team and be an active contributor for the department’s quality, safety and production. You will ensure that finishing of products are met to the site quality standards. You will operate in a working team leader style, not only supervising, but also performing the works themselves, along with your team.

Other Duties:

· Be the Team Leader of the Finishing Team to ensure that units are ready for delivery with a Green Tag.

· Challenging Quality standards through constructive leadership and ensure they meet standards, ensure sub-standard product is quarantined/rejected, and any re-occurrence of non-quality is minimised.

· Working closely with other departments to ensure efficient production.

Requirements:

· Team Leader experience is a must

· Finishing experience

· CSCS trained to visit sites, but may be attained later with prior agreement

· IOSH Managing Safley is desired, but may be attained with prior agreement

· Education to a college level is desired

· Risk Assessment and SOP experience

Pay:

£32,915.60 pa
